I got a notice my package was unable to be dropped off because there was "no secure location". confused, i called the post office and my call was answered by someone who was so incredibly inconvenienced by me reaching out, it wasnt that there was no secure location, it was that they didnt feel like bringing it so they marked that as the reason. they said maybe they can deliver it to me? and now they arent answering the phone. what i ordered is not too big or heavy. Ive wasted two lunch breaks now trying to get this resolved. I cant come in during the hours theyre open since i have a job that i actually show up for.
