I got a notice my package was unable to be dropped off because there was "no secure location". confused, i called the post office and my call was answered by someone who was so incredibly inconvenienced by me reaching out, it wasnt that there was no secure location, it was that they didnt feel like bringing it so they marked that as the reason. they said maybe they can deliver it to me? and now they arent answering the phone. what i ordered is not too big or heavy. Ive wasted two lunch breaks now trying to get this resolved. I cant come in during the hours theyre open since i have a job that i actually show up for.

They go above and beyond to make certain their customers are current with their deliveries and also new scams on the rise which I find very helpful. They saved my pocketbook a couple times in that. They are also very cheerful and sweet. Also I keep to old school tradition of making baked goods when they do door to door delivery as I am pretty deep in the woods out here. Thank you for being so great!
