Ok gave this review last time when I was here and gave 5 Stars but this time after 2 weeks when I came back to Ask a simple question that I am not getting my mails it’s been more than 15 minutes Mathew went to ask his Supervisor Melisa who was sitting on the chair and wasn’t Ready to help at all, without checking anything she said we don’t know she needs to go Monsey post office Mathew request her to check multiple times and then She decided to just look and said there is no information and Mathew told me to go back to Monsey I was just asking him they send me here now you are telling me to go back place tell me who actually can Help me. Mellisa came with full of attitude like she own the building and said lower your voice I wasn’t loud I was just frustrated and when I said ok sweetheart I’m not receiving my mails she said she don’t know anything I asked then who knows please let me know and she said we don’t know you need to leave or I will call tha Police seriously? Police for what you threatening me? And then I didn’t know her name and I asked Mathew for her name and she said don’t give her my name, I said give me manager name or number she said don’t give it to her and told me to come back tomorrow morning manager will be here. Why she wasn’t allowing him to give me manager name or number? I work can’t come in the morning is this the customer service? And mind you I just paid 250$ last week for PO Box. Melisa is so rude and miss using her power
