If you need to return something to Amazon do not go here they always try and give you a hard time. Attached is photo of box that they won’t accept which makes zero sense to me.

The front door was locked, and signage on the door stated “Closed 6:30 PM,” along with additional signs indicating the store would be closed Wednesday 12/31 and Thursday 1/1. Despite this, there were three employees inside the store along with customers. I waved to the employees and made eye contact, but I was ignored. At approximately 6:32 PM, an employee exited through the front door carrying a box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I held the door for him, at which point he grabbed the door, blocked the entrance, and abruptly stated that they were closed. I wasn’t given an opportunity to speak and left. I then drove about 20 minutes to the UPS Store in Mahwah, NJ, arriving at 6:54 PM. The experience there was the complete opposite. I was greeted by three friendly, professional employees who were eager to help. I was assisted immediately and was in and out in under 20 seconds. Even as additional customers came in, the team remained patient, courteous, and efficient with everyone. Customer service makes all the difference, and the contrast between these two experiences was night and day.
