Had to wait for them to print me a new one then they couldn’t even figure out how to bind the book and told me the book was to big, which it isn’t because they just did not want to do there job. After waiting for over an hour I told them to just give me the spiral because they clearly did not want to help me and I did it in 10 minutes. I am always very nice and respectful to people who work in customer service stores but the lack of respect and unprofessionalism that was shown towards me was not appreciated. I usually never leave reviews especially bad ones but the dissatisfaction I received after leaving this store made me.
