  I called yesterday to get information about sending documents to Taiwan. The young lady I spoke with was soooo helpful and informative and very pleasant to speak with over the phone. I got all the information I needed to proceed. I went to the DHL Express location in Nanuet, NY. The same wonderful young lady I spoke with on the phone was at the counter. She was even more helpful and pleasant in person. She should get a raise. Unfortunately on my part, I don’t remember her name. I was there on Tuesday, April 7th 11:30am. She helped us fill out all the paperwork correctly, which included adding Chinese characters, and get the documents sealed so if it rained they did not get wet. She was so professional, courteous, and thoughtful of what we needed to get done. I would definitely return to this location when needing to send documents or whatever. And I recommend this location to others. You won’t go wrong using this service.
