After 15 mins of just standing there IN FRONT of a worker, a guy from the printing section yelled “it’s in the back”. I go back there and an older woman worker had no idea what she was doing. She literally told me several times that she has no idea how this works and they just stuck her back there with no knowledge of this process. She kept asking me if I had boxes and I told her I never needed one before. She kept huffing and puffing while the line was now 16 people deep. The “line” was just a row of plastic 15 gal tubs not strategically placed. Who is supposed to know that this is a line queue? Do better. The store always looks like it’s in shambles and about to close down.
