- GGGail GreenbergDec 29, 20251.0Cost of copies rises way too rapidly. You are automatically defaulted to a very heavy (24lb?) bond. If you only need "thinner" paper it isn't obvious how to do it. Also it's difficult for me to walk and the closest door to the copy center says "emergency". It can be "released" either from someone entering from the "entrance lobby" or by an associate releasing the door. The associate refused to help me. If my grandson hadn't been with me to leave through the "preferred" further away" door and let me through I would have had to wait for some stranger to enter the store.

The one employee is stressed to the max & being short-tempered with the customers, who are also busy & can’t always entertain a long wait, for pretty simple, straightforward jobs. He was absolutely unapologetic when he RUINED my daughter’s artwork that she had worked hard on & wanted to be laminated into bookmarks for her teachers as holiday gifts. Blamed his carelessness on his being “on my own here.” Now I get to explain to my kid why her hours of hard work got wrecked in 30 seconds by a guy who then blamed me for not being willing to wait an hour (beyond the 30 minutes I had already waited patiently) for him to run 1 lamination sheet. Honestly, putting us all in this position is just a failure of store management. I’m so disappointed. And…if there were any sign of a manager in sight in that store, I might have voiced my displeasure instead of posting it publicly.
