If I could I’d give it zero stars and this is coming from Someone who was a Manager at a Post office for years. One male Clerk clearly thinks being on his phone playing a casino game while talking to someone on his earpiece about who won big yesterday. His name tag is completely black so you cannot see his name. He was the only Clerk with a line of 12 folks behind me, yes I counted. When some Customers in the line started asking if there was no one else to help the clerk is telling the person he is talking to on his earpiece” I am not in the mood today for these clowns if they don’t want to wait then they can go to another post office that would make my day” When did the Postal Service get to this he clearly doesn’t care doing and saying all this infront of a Customer.

Very upsetting experience at this location while applying for my passport. The clerk assisting me, Caldwell, was rude and disrespectful for no reason. When I asked a simple question (English is not my first language), he yelled at and spoke to me in a hostile way in front of other customers. I also witnessed the same employee being very rude at an elderly couple who were struggling to understand the international shipping form. Based on other reviews here, he appears to be the same employee mentioned in multiple complaints. It is disappointing that, despite so many reports, nothing seems to be done. He was not wearing a visible name tag — I only learned his name after asking another employee. Someone who clearly struggles to treat customers respectfully should not be working in a customer service role.
