The driver marked my package as an attempted delivery and submitted a photo of my building, but they never rang the doorbell and there was no real attempt to deliver. I was home all day (I even took off work) to receive this package. This feels misleading and needs to be addressed. Please ensure drivers follow proper delivery procedures and don’t mark deliveries as attempted without actually attempting them.

- COchioma ohakam6 days ago1.0This is by far the worst FedEx location. Their driver, BILAL refuses and is clearly incompetent that he does not actually knock on your door or deliver his packages. This facility has allowed him to continue to mislead and stress out customers making them come to this direct facility to pick up packages when customers like myself have taken time to stay home and actually receive these packages. He does not actually ring the doorbell nor buzz a buzzard. He takes a picture from his vehicle and then puts it forward. I’ve exhausted my time and energy eight times calling FedEx about this employee not doing his job. They are misleading in their service and they continue to reward bad employees. . Anyways, it’s expected because clearly their team is incompetent and does not support and care about providing customer service.
