  On Saturday 3/28/26 I wanted to return a package to Verizon.I packed everything & left the items in the original boxes. Verizon included a return label. The store was not too busy. There were three employees there. I saw 2 males, one white, one black and an Asian woman. The male black took the box and taped it. I gave him the return label. When he scanned the label something didn’t work. The other male came over with a nasty an attitude towards me. He acted like he could be a manager. They tried an other machine across the room and that didn’t work. It seemed like they were trying to intimidate me. That doesn’t work because I won’t allow it. I took my box and said I will be back. They told me there should be a white line on the label. When I called Verizon they didn’t know what that means. I did not like the way I was treated and will never patronize that store again. Tell them to leave their sexism and racism at home before they go to work.

  Horrible experience and customer service. Went three days in a row to pick a package up for work. On the third day they then told me they won't release it to me because I don't have the same address on my license. It was a package delivered to work...

  Terrible I was dropping off a box that I cover with fabric bag and the told me they could not shipped because manufacturers stupidly they said no don’t even know what there talking about never again go shirt ups two idiots work there 02/21/26

  Rachel and the team here are rock stars. I used to dread coming to this location back in the day but since her team took over management a few years ago, it's been a night and day difference. Quick and friendly service, reliable notarys, and always willing to go the extra mile. So glad to have them in our community, our small business relies on them immensely!
