I wouldn’t have asked them to cut it if I knew that ahead of time. Seeing as half of them were already cut I wanted them to finish cutting them but asked them to waive the fee. They refused. Instead offered to reprint all of the flyers - waste of trees! Reluctantly ended up paying the fee. Very disappointed with this experience. Won’t be going back.
