When asked why they aren't doing something about it, all you get is "it's not my job." Typical useless government workers, they could have tried to cancel the appointment. No wonder the Postal Service has been going downhill for years.

The delivery people are friendly, the post office employees are very kind and willing to work with you, and they are able to adjust during extenuating circumstances. I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for my package to leave IL, and I received it less than two hours after Montrose post office received it from the area distribution center. Can’t thank them enough for their impeccable service!!!
