- SFSha FayAug 27, 20251.0This post office is the worst, they don’t answer calls, packages get misdelivered or don’t get delivered at all and it’s not just me but I’ve spoken to friends that say the same thing about deliveries.
- YLY LMay 7, 20251.0I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service at the Monticello Post Office. The staff are consistently rude and unhelpful, making every visit frustrating. Additionally, the wait times are excessively long, even during off-peak hours. This inefficiency is unacceptable. Immediate improvements in staff training and process efficiency are urgently needed.
