She’s full of good energy and helps you with EVERYTHING. Lines move fast, all services are offered, and the Amazon returns can be done there, too. Yay! Finally! No more driving to Middletown for UPS. Thank you.

- JBJoseph BuchellMar 13, 20261.0I sold two items on eBay and brought them to this location to be shipped out. The two labels were affixed to the wrong boxes and the items went to the wrong people. I reached out to the two people who purchased my items and asked for them to be sent back to me. My home address was not on the packages because I sent them from this UPS store. I called the UPS store to explain what happened and was told that they wouldn’t hold any packages. Luckily, USPS was able to track the package down and hold it at a local Post Office for me to recover it. The package was sent via USPS to the UPS store. This label was affixed to the one package. I believe it is completely unprofessional to handle business in this manner and I will never use this location again.
