  The ups store located in the Montgomery NY ShopRite is incredible. I can’t say anything negative about my experience. The two women working there this morning were kind and helpful. They went out of their way to help me print a label for my eBay return. Thank you for making my awful morning better. I only wish I had written their names down so I could have included them in my review.

  The S team (Simone, Sebastian, and I forget the 3rd girls name but it was Saina or something?) were super friendly, fast, and kind. Best UPS experience I’ve had hands down. They made my errand run a lot more fun. The other reviews of it being inside shop rite directly to the left also helped me a lot. Thanks all.

  I've been here several times and they have always been helpful and friendly . I'm so happy that I don't have to go to Middletown or New Windsor anymore . I live in Montgomery NY. Thank you.

  Simone Houslin, MBA, owner of the UPS Store located at 99 Hawkins Drive, Suite A, Montgomery, NY 12549 which unbeknownst to me, is located inside ShopRite near McDonald's on Route 208. The owner should not be in business especially dealing with the public and customers. She was utterly nasty to me. I was so happy seeing "UPS STORE NOW OPEN" advertisement banner flag that I attempted to give constructive criticism, once I finally found the "store", and suggested to the nasty, rude, poor customer service owner, (I know I was surprised too! She was obviously not open to a suggestion), that since I just experienced having difficulty finding the "UPS Store" (I was looking for an actual store not located inside a grocery store), and circled the area several times and even drove pass ShopRite but didn't see the sign by the entrance on their window, to perhaps place more signs indicating that it's located inside ShopRite Grocery Store. Well, she became condescending and absolutely not willing to listen to me to the point that she told security to get me out because since, to her, I was finished doing business and was trespassing. I was returning a package. She was unbelievably inappropriate. So I'm warning others to beware. Unfortunately, I can't use that UPS office because she told me to never return to her store. OMG!

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store inside ShopRite. The owner, Simone, is friendly, attentive, and very easy to work with. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is handled smoothly. The store is clean and well-organized, which makes the whole process quick and pleasant. Highly recommend!
