I hate that it has come to this, but if at all possible, avoid this place. Pay the extra money to ship via UPS or Fedex! Honestly, at this point maybe I will give courier pidgeon a try. Is Balto still in service? I have had so many issues with receiving my packages. These people even sent back a properly addressed package because it had my name on it, and they "didn't know who I am so they figured my package was sent in error". I guess I didn't realize when you move into town you need to set up a meet and greet with the local postal workers in order to be able to receive your packages. Incompetence at its finest.

Why come to Montauk to go to the beach? Why not just come to the Post Office - where you can experience (1) USPS sending your packages back to sender for no reason (2) you being blamed for #1 for no reason (3) the staff then being incredibly rude to you for questioning what the purpose of the USPS actually is!

Most obnoxious person. Came in a week ago and had a lady behind counter. Absolutely the most rudest person ever.

Fast, friendly service. Cool, shady interior.
