- GLGitty Landau3 days ago1.0Horrible I was waiting 2 days for a package and I went over to them they said they'll contact the mail man and they never did and I needed my mail! And it's in someone else's mail box ! No one to talk to !
- CCChaimJan 29, 20261.0Extremely disappointing experience at the Monsey Post Office. I waited over 20 minutes in line while only one clerk was working, despite there being five registers. When I finally reached the clerk, I was told I needed to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor, Amanda, was called multiple times, yet it took nearly an hour for her to come out. During that time, I personally observed her in the back area talking on the phone and listening to music instead of assisting customers, while the line continued to grow. When she finally came out, instead of helping, she was rude and dismissive. After I reasonably complained about the excessive wait, she told me, “It’s not my job to help you.” She is a federal employee, paid to serve the public, and this behavior was completely unacceptable. I took time off from my own job to come to the post office and expect to be helped in a timely and professional manner, not ignored and spoken to disrespectfully. I left I went to the airmont post office I was out within 5 minutes. This location appears understaffed, poorly managed, and lacking basic customer service. Very frustrating experience
