- RMRyan MarcianoJun 3, 20251.0I've lived in Monroe for over 20 years and have had ridiculous problems with this specific post office. I was waiting on a package from Europe to arrive one day. I was in the house, heard the truck, went to the mailbox and saw a slip for my package. They didn't leave the truck, just put a slip in because "no one was home." So I went to the post office, told them what happened, they told me come back later when the carrier was back from the route. I couldn't, went back the NEXT day after it didn't arrive. I asked at the post office and it had been sent BACK to Europe without any other attempts. Just TWO WEEKS AGO they delivered an empty box to my mailbox that was OPEN ON BOTH ENDS, EMPTY. I was given the run-around and told to call a mysterious JESSICA who seems to either never be there, or is never available when I arrive, will not call after being handed messages from desk clerks, etc. Today I checked on a package that was supposed to be delivered Monday, it's Tuesday. Apparently it arrived at the Monroe post office and then sent out to White Plains. This post office is a joke, they do whatever they want, there are no consequences for their terrible work. Shame on you. Hey Jessica, give me a call..
