When I inquired about processing our application, two white female staff members displayed profound unprofessionalism. Their dismissive and unhelpful conduct escalated into a public and demeaning reprimand regarding rescheduling. This left my family feeling disrespected, humiliated, and distressed. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable from public service representatives.

They could have just told us where to get the proper money order. The staff they have now just doesnt care or they prioritize a certain race over the over. Either way, not good for business for a area booming with diversity.Advice, replace the young boy and woman at the front.

Yesterday I called about a package that has been there since the 12th and the man wouldn’t let me speak and I have all of this on recording as well but he then told me the package hasn’t been scanned because they are so behind they aren’t scanning just pushing through. So then I try to call again and when the man heard my voice he hung up and they will not answer the phone. I have opened a police investigation over my package and they still will not answer the phone or even acknowledge anything to do with this package. I am from wv so if this is the way places do business in New York I don’t think I will be visiting.
- NEnorah eDec 13, 20251.0Awful service. I send this same card in the mail annually, I should've just attached extra stamps and just dropped it in the mail instead of going into the post office. The woman said it could not be sent in an envelope. I asked why? She said it needed to be sent as a package and I need to include a return address for tracking (i didn't want tracking & return address is same as mailing, it's supposed to be a surprise.) So my 1.6 oz holiday card cost almost $8 to mail. I sent the exact same thing last Christmas via envelope, no return address. The blonde lady ruined my annual Christmas card Go to a different post office.
