- SRStefan RocheDec 28, 20251.0If there were an award for consistently underperforming at the most basic responsibilities, this post office would win it every year. Long lines move at a glacial pace, despite multiple employees present who appear deeply committed to not helping customers. Hours seem more like loose suggestions than actual operating times, and basic services somehow feel like an inconvenience to the staff providing them. Packages go missing, tracking updates feel fictional, and asking a simple question is met with visible annoyance—as if you’ve interrupted something far more important, like staring into space. The overall vibe is less “public service” and more “we dare you to need us.” I understand government offices aren’t known for luxury, but courtesy, competence, and basic efficiency shouldn’t be optional. Until something changes, I’d recommend using literally any alternative available—carrier pigeon included. Would not recommend.

Each employee has some sort of attitude and even trying to recieve a lost package, but I was pushed aside and told to wait. Told me they would call and whatnot, didn't. Lady in the back is rude and refuses to be helpful in anyway. Getting any help or support is almost impossible. I lost a package because of them and couldn't even get a update on it. What a mess and a ridiculous place. Never coming to here again.

The staff is incredibly rude, unprofessional, immature and inconsistent with policies. The Post Master is an absolute mess. If you have the time, go to Amenia Post Office instead.
