This place is like walking into a room of sloths. Each employee has some sort of attitude and even trying to recieve a lost package, but I was pushed aside and told to wait. Told me they would call and whatnot, didn't. Lady in the back is rude and refuses to be helpful in anyway. Getting any help or support is almost impossible. I lost a package because of them and couldn't even get a update on it. What a mess and a ridiculous place. Never coming to here again.

this place is a mess. no full time mail carrier, and their temp person "won't deliver anything they don't want to deliver" thats a direct quote. They decided they don't want to deliver to my house because the mail vehicles cant get up my driveway (but my honda civic has no problems) and instead of holding my packages at the office returned everything to sender. The people in the office are nice, but I have to come get all my own packages. I can't get anything delivered to my house.

I love Millerton but the Post Office is one of the most unprofessional places I’ve been to in this area. The staff is incredibly rude, unprofessional, immature and inconsistent with policies. The Post Master is an absolute mess. If you have the time, go to Amenia Post Office instead.

Nice little small town post office. People are friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait.

Everyone there is nice and friendly unless your picking up a package you got a notification for from the USPS tracking site. I understand that you may not have put the slip in my box but online it says ready to pick up, which can only be true if you scanned and marked it as such. The number if times I've seen "ready to pick up" on my tracking info and then say no its not there and then I show them the tracking info and they promptly return with it is unbearable. If you aren't ready don't scan it. And I'm aware if the difference between "has arrived at" and "ready for pick up". "Has arrived at" mean it's in mail yet to be sorted, "ready for pickup" usually means the only job left is for me to come and get it. Aside from that disagreement in what terms mean they are a lovely group of people who are very helpful, but they need to either scan packages when they mean to give them out or not give me the run around everytime I get shopping notifications from their website.
