- CRCarolina RinconApr 11, 20261.0⸻ I had a very unpleasant experience at the post office today. The clerk who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I approached the counter. Instead of helping, she had an attitude and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone. What shocked me the most was that she actually told me to “never come back,” which is completely unacceptable behavior for someone in a public service position. I was simply trying to complete my transaction and did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. Customer service should be about helping people, not driving them away. I hope management addresses this issue, because no customer should be treated this way.
