Don't had the workers envelopes with gift cards in it. Your family will never receive the envelope. A postal worker was standing at the about to lock the door. She ask if she could take the mail inside because they were closing. I didn't mind. Because it was during the holiday. I wanted my family to get their gift cards. My family never received their gift card. I believe the workers kept it for herself.

★☆☆☆☆ — A Disgrace to Public Service and Potentially Discriminatory In over 12 years of practicing immigration law, I have never witnessed the level of incompetence and apparent bad faith displayed by this post office — not once, but TWICE. My clients, immigrants with lawful appointments to have their fingerprints taken, were turned away on two separate occasions. They arrived at 4:30 PM with confirmed appointments — only to be told to come back, and then informed by the attendant, that she was "not taking any more prints." No explanation. No accommodation. No apology. Just a door slammed in the face of people who desperately needed this service completed. The attendant who took over after the one who was in charge of fingerprints, Stephanie was no better. Stephanie was not only unhelpful — she was openly rude. When I requested to speak with the manager, identified as Felix, I was told he was conveniently unavailable. How fitting. Let's be absolutely clear about what is at stake here: fingerprinting appointments for immigration purposes are not casual errands. Missing or being denied these appointments can have devastating legal consequences for individuals and families navigating an already brutal system. This is not a minor inconvenience — this is a failure with real human cost. An appointment is a commitment. A posted service is a promise. This location honored neither. The pattern of turning away immigrant clients with valid appointments — twice — raises serious questions that go beyond mere negligence. This location warrants a formal investigation by USPS management and, if the pattern holds, scrutiny under applicable anti-discrimination standards. I am filing a formal complaint with USPS Consumer Affairs and strongly encourage anyone who has experienced similar treatment at this location to do the same. This behavior is unacceptable, and silence only enables it to continue.

2 days now in a row you have skipped our complex. This is not only illegal but telling the residents there was blocked access is a blatant lie, you own and hold the key to the boxes. I call repeatedly and I can’t get a delivery supervisor, post master or even the annex supervisor. WAKE UP.
