  Went to return a few packages to Amazon. 1 was not scanned. I contacted them ASAP. I also sent an email the same day and no one got back to me. I called next day, Manager said to wait and this happened to her. I sent an email to staples. I called and asked for them to pull up the cameras. I was told to wait 30 days. I contacted amazon they never received the item and they won’t issue a refund since it was more than 30 days. Horrible since Amazon stoped giving recipes. Any worker can say they scanned the item and you never get a refund.

  This is in response to Miss. Nancy who unfortunately is a miserable serial bad reviewer. I was in the store and all my needs were met beyond my expectations. Iris and her team made sure that they communicated the problem they were having and made my experience with them easy. Even offering me other options to assist me with my needs. If you going to leave a review you should at least be truthful. You should be ashamed of your behavior Nancy and giving these people a hard time. Iris even had to apologize on your behave for making other customers uncomfortable , including myself. Do better but let’s not blame the people who are working hard to try and fulfill your needs.

  I went to this Staples store this morning simply to print three shipping labels and then to ship my boxes via UPS. The store has FIVE self printing machines and EVERY SINGLE ONE was down!! There was two employees behind the printing counter and both of them refused to help us. (There was 4 or 5 people in line). I asked for a manager and she (Iris) was just as unhelpful and rude as her staff was! In my 40+ years of doing business I have never seen a business run with such rudeness and incompetency! Stay away from this Staples store! Maybe when their profit goes down they'll start caring about their customers!!

  I just spent about 30 minutes trying to fax six pages. I fax documents all the time, but only two of their printers were working. There was a line for those two and not only did they take a long time, but a lot of people didn’t know how to use them. When people began asking for help behind the desk at the print center, they were told that the person was really busy and didn’t have time. I felt bad because the woman before me said she’d been waiting for something to come to her email for 10 minutes and it still hadn’t come. I checked her email and she had sent it to the correct place. For whatever reason it wasn’t working, so I just took it and Emailed it myself and helped her print. When I finished, I looked up to see someone fixing their bandanna with a red staples T-shirt just pacing the floor on the other side doing nothing. I spent about 10 minutes helping that woman. I also helped the person behind her. That’s not my job. I’m a customer. There should be more functioning, printers, and computers for sure, but there should also be functioning Customerservice. If the person at the print shop is so busy, they can’t help anyone ever, then you need to hire more people. And if other people and other areas of the store are just wandering around watching customer customers help one another, that’s a problem.
