    PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT - AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. THEY STEAL PACKAGES. They also close 15 minutes prior to actual advertised times on Google. Which makes no sense. Just adjust your times on Google. My experience: I’ve been to this location multiple times, and I’ve had mixed experiences with the service. I want to give this location 3 stars, which is okay, nothing special, nothing terrible, but the quality of service, which was okay at best, completely deteriorated in December. I had suspicions that my package may have been stolen, but now, reading other reviews, it is a pattern customers are picking up on and needs to be resolved immediately. The store makes money on returns/shipments, and in the short term, people will continue to go to this store, but in the long term, other, more reliable locations will take its place. Enjoy the quick buck! My issue: I had a similar experience to Jose C. An employee at the store is stealing packages and getting away with the inefficiencies/loopholes of the system. I went into the store on Dec 13th to drop off multiple packages for return. I received receipts for all. I checked the status of one of the packages, and it was stuck on “UPS label printed awaiting shipment”. Puzzled by this since I was given a receipt by the employees at the store, I reached out via phone and was informed that a “manager” would need to assist me with the request. I called back the next day, and the “manager” proceeded to give me the workaround, also known as, “reach out to UPS corporate directly”, which I originally did and was pointed back to the store, which received, scanned, and provided a receipt for my package. $200 down the drain. It is what it is. Not going to cry over spilled milk, but our society relies on a trustworthy system, and as always, individuals with corrupt moral compasses will find ways to make a quick buck. I can only imagine the reply the owner/manager will have to this post. They will “appear” to assist by providing an email address to UPS corporate when in reality they are leveraging a black hole. Information goes in, but nothing comes out. Avoid this location at all costs.

    Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store.I dropped off a package 12/29 with a prepaid shipping label. I received a receipt that day but unfortunately misplaced it. I got an email from the shipping company saying I will be charged $160 for missing my return by date. When I went to check my tracking status, it says that it was never even scanned at the UPS store when I physically brought it into the store and saw an employee scan the barcode and take my package. It was extremely busy that day (with the holidays) and the employee who helped me was texting someone (I think the manager) very distracted while helping me. I can obviously understand how hectic it could be during this time so I was very patient but it’s extremely frustrating that I went into the store 1/7 so I can get a reprint of my receipt but was told to come back the next day 1/8 which I did so the manager could help me, but the employee helping states they can not reprint my receipt. When I asked to put in a request to review cameras because I KNOW for a fact I dropped off my package he said that he doesn’t think the manager will do that but to call early in the morning so I can speak to them, left a voicemail no call back. It’s crazy to me because the system should have a way of reviewing all transactions to be able to reprint a receipt. I’m in no way accusing anyone of taking my package, but I handed my package to the employee helping and I’m confused as to why cameras can’t be reviewed to find where my misplaced package went. I have the date time and recall the entire visit. I can’t even file a claim because the “package was never scanned” now I don’t have my package and I was charged by my return company again. The employees here seemed to not care and uninterested in helping me. Not to mention the lady that initially helped me is EXTREMELY RUDE and has no customer service skills at all! Everytime I go in I’m in no way rude or disrespectful, I’m literally just trying to find my package that was dropped off at this UPS store so I can get my money back!
