  Gross customer service. They used to be friendly and open until closing time. 5 minutes before closing time, they turned off the lights and locked the door.

  Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store.I dropped off a package 12/29 with a prepaid shipping label. I received a receipt that day but unfortunately misplaced it. I got an email from the shipping company saying I will be charged $160 for missing my return by date. When I went to check my tracking status, it says that it was never even scanned at the UPS store when I physically brought it into the store and saw an employee scan the barcode and take my package. It was extremely busy that day (with the holidays) and the employee who helped me was texting someone (I think the manager) very distracted while helping me. I can obviously understand how hectic it could be during this time so I was very patient but it’s extremely frustrating that I went into the store 1/7 so I can get a reprint of my receipt but was told to come back the next day 1/8 which I did so the manager could help me, but the employee helping states they can not reprint my receipt. When I asked to put in a request to review cameras because I KNOW for a fact I dropped off my package he said that he doesn’t think the manager will do that but to call early in the morning so I can speak to them, left a voicemail no call back. It’s crazy to me because the system should have a way of reviewing all transactions to be able to reprint a receipt. I’m in no way accusing anyone of taking my package, but I handed my package to the employee helping and I’m confused as to why cameras can’t be reviewed to find where my misplaced package went. I have the date time and recall the entire visit. I can’t even file a claim because the “package was never scanned” now I don’t have my package and I was charged by my return company again. The employees here seemed to not care and uninterested in helping me. Not to mention the lady that initially helped me is EXTREMELY RUDE and has no customer service skills at all! Everytime I go in I’m in no way rude or disrespectful, I’m literally just trying to find my package that was dropped off at this UPS store so I can get my money back!

  WILDLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! The current staff on duty today (12-29-2025) are some of the most unprofessional rude poor mannered people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking too, it is absolutely astonishing that this is the kind of people UPS is hiring nowadays, and after reading the other reviews on this store I am shocked they have not been fired at this point seeing how my experience is not a one off occurrence, the fact that the individuals working your store today still have a job is a disgrace to your business.

  I went to the 680 NY 211, Middletown UPS to send out a Christmas present. It hasn't arrived at its destination. When I looked up the tracking number, it says that it was never handed over to a driver. It has been over a week. I called yesterday and was told I had to talk to a manager but that they weren't in. I called today and their answering service was full. I am not going but to this location.

  I’m leaving a one-star review for this UPS Store on 211 because the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I came in around 10 a.m. to return two packages. One package already had a box and label and only needed to be scanned. The second return did NOT require a box or label—I just needed one moment to pull up the QR code on my phone. I clearly asked the male employee to scan the first package while I pulled up the QR code for the second one. Instead of listening, he refused to scan anything and just stood there staring at me, telling me to “wait,” with a rude and dismissive attitude. No greeting, no professionalism, no basic courtesy. When I finally pulled up the QR code, he then argued that the second item needed a box and label—which was completely wrong. I had to show him the return instructions before he reluctantly scanned it. After that, he had the nerve to say that I “didn’t say anything like that,” which is absolutely false. I explained everything clearly from the start—he simply did not listen. From the moment I walked in, his behavior was disrespectful, unhelpful, and confrontational. This whole situation was unnecessary and extremely frustrating. I expect basic listening skills and professionalism, especially for such a simple transaction. Worst UPS Store experience I’ve had. One star, and I will not be returning.
