- MHMargot HaasDec 26, 20251.0The cards ordered came on time and perfect but the travel mugs printed, they gave me the wrong product and try to reprint the mugs, but they came out backwards and yellow. Then they tried it again and could not get it accomplished. They had to send it into their main warehouse to get it done and I’m still waiting for them after Christmas the communication from the location that was supposed to print it in Middletown New York was absolutely horrible. It’s very unfortunate because I had all kinds of plans to have all the paper for Christmas printed there with all the different animals for each of the family, but it’s not something I’ll ever do with them. I think maybe they should just stick to cards since they’re not able to accomplish the rest.
