The slowest customer service and everyone knows this place sucks. Depending on the hour but you can spend a while in the returns line. They don’t care and do nothing to speed it up

Do not do an Amazon return here under any circumstance. There is always a line of 20 to 40 people. There is one person doing returns and most of the time they have them checking out people as well. There are always 5 to 6 people in the copy area and for some reason they place one person on register and doing Amazon returns. You will wait over an hour. You will be frustrated. You may end up on the Internet and be famous when you freak out. The manager needs to do something as this is a reoccurring issue and there is no excuse for it.
**A generic reply that literally says nothing. What do you plan to do to address the issues stated? Why would you regularly have one employee handling Amazon returns and purchases? Amazon compensates you for these returns. Provide the service you are being compensated for. Lines of 25-35 people are not acceptable in any circumstance. Especially when you had 6 staff in the copying department which handled 3 customers in one hour. Yes I counted. It was a long period standing in line and we all must entertain ourselves somehow.

The worse . Absolutely no words can describe it. On line for an hour waiting ti print a label for shipping with happy returns with only one self service printer working I have had the same experience the last few times and always hopeful that it will be different. This was my last time

I always make my moms kolochi at Christmas time ( she’s passed) . My sister who lives in another state asked if I could send some to her . She said I can never make it right . So I did . I went to staples and chose next day air and paid $138.07 to send them . Crazy, I know . I don’t really have extra cash like that but she really wanted them. My perishable package still shows label created when it should be there. No organization. No separate bins for next day , it was throw it in the bin and hope for the best ? I called today and the manager said they didn’t come yesterday due to the weather , when it didn’t start until after 4pm. He said they grab what they can . That makes zero sense. He said he could try and refund me but he didn’t know if it would work ? I would have to drive a half hour there to just see? Called ups and they said it’s staples problem . So I literally threw money in the garbage. If she receives them next week you might as well throw them away. Next day air should be next day otherwise I could have paid a fraction ($15). Please don’t use staples if its important , thats the gist of it. Go to fedex or someplace where they actually care , not to say that they do but you may have a better chance .
