  Ben and Tony at FedEx were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help me with my shipment and made the whole process so easy. Both were friendly, professional, and truly cared about providing great service. Highly recommend them — thank you, Ben and Tony, for making my day so much easier!

  Tony, the Fedex associate at the Middletown store, was incredibly helpful with my print job. I had spent an hour at Staples trying to get a small print job done. First, I tried the self service copiers and couldn't find one that was in working order. When I finally found one that worked I tried to print a copy. It came out blurry with faded ink and cost me 53 cents for one poor quality black and white copy. I asked for assistance at the service desk and they told me I'd have to leave the order there and pick it up in a couple of days. So I took my originals and went to Fedex inside Walmart. They were fantastic! My order cost me about 1/2 the price of Staples. Tony assisted me throughout the entire print job and the copies are beautiful! I know where I'll be going from now in for all my printing needs!!! Thank you Tony and Fedex!!!

  Do not have passport photos taken there. The lighting is only the ceiling florescent which is directly overhead, not at all in front. Without a key-light in front (and apparently using the flash is not allowed), he had to try many times to get an image that was acceptable, one that didn't have a strong glare off my bald head which he knew was no good. But the result was still very lousy, with accentuated shadows under and around my eyes. Now I have to live with that for the next ten years. I look like a thug (much more than I actually am lol, one with 2 black eyes. Lovely. The service rep started out rude, but then got better. 3 stars only for the fact they exist.

  Not a great experience. I was in line and behind one person and I asked the attendant before she started with this customer, all I needed was a sleeve for the address label so I could drop off the package. I'll help you when I'm done with this customer with major snotty attitude. I don't know why the store doesn't have these supplies out so people can just use them, drop off and leave. So I waited in line, she finally gave me the sleeve and I waited to drop it off and she gave me attitude the entire time. I don't think I deserved this treatment and really hope she didn't sabotage my package it held very expensive and fragile contents. Need a customer service training.
