Makes me wonder if they even interview these nasty people that they have working there. People like that don’t even deserved a job
- RMRenata MalachowiczSep 18, 20181.0Oops missing package, went there to ask if my package was miraculously there since tracking history showed delivered but I never got it. Customer service clueless rolled eyes gave me phone number to investigators to file a claim and that's was it. I spend two hours calling and trying to speak to someone but calling system is set up that you will never speak to anyone. At one point I was on hold for one and half hour. Moreover my tracking history showed google maps with the address where the package was actually scanned and left guess what not my house but they used as my address .So when sending package via USPS you must hope and pray it will get to honest people, lesson learned.
