She acts like you’re bothering her by being there and chooses not to help customers because she has other things to do. She is very combative and gives lots of attitude. I’d highly recommend going to any other location if you see that she’s working. More details: I had a package go missing. It said it was out for delivery yesterday and then today it just said there was an alert and it wasn’t delivered. I wasn’t sure what happened, so I went to my post office. The lady was acting like I was inconveniencing her so bad by asking her what the alert meant and asking her if it was at the post office. So she started getting really rude asking why I can’t just wait until Monday to see if it shows up, what’s in the package that’s so important I need it today, etc. So I just said I felt like she was giving me an excessive amount of attitude and she started yelling saying she was the best USPS clerk I would ever meet. She was legit yelling at me as I walked away lol. Never experienced ANYTHING like this before it was so odd. She also was working yesterday morning and I had to send something certified mail. I got there around 9:05 and the door was locked, I didn’t even knock I was just going to try again later. She yelled “ughhh I’ll be right there just WAIT.” as I was about to just turn around not thinking anything of it. It’s been weird 😂. Idk what her issue is but just planning on going anywhere else in the future.
