  Always a good experience at this UPS , the young man at the front Angel is always pleasure to interact with! He is doing a great job

  It’s just a bunch of young kids workings here. Two of them have no etiquette or class. Customer service is non existent but replaced with an attitude because Mondays must be the day everyone returns their Amazon packages and if you are unfortunately assisted by the tall guy, his face tells you exactly how he feels about “helping” you and he expects you to know the rules of shipping and packaging as if YOU were the one working there. Extremely frustrated with every customer he “helps” by body language, tone of voice &’ rolling of the eyes. When you ask a question, he’s combative and sarcastic. Definitely not an inviting person to the store.

  Someone seriously needs to speak to the 2 men who work there during the day. Every time I go in they are talking about sports so loudly that it actually hurts your ears. They continue to yell about it over your head as they help you. And it takes forever for them to acknowledge a customer. Normally I wouldn't complain but this has happened multiple times now and it's such an unpleasant experience going in there and having two men just yell loudly in your ear. And it's every single time

  Stay away from this place, if I could give it zero stars I would. First off I was waiting about 10 minutes before they even attended to me there was a lady there just scanning packages she completely ignored all the customers waiting. When she finally decides to take me, I was returning an Amazon package they charged me $6 for a little bag that’s not even worth a penny. Beware of these scam artists if you try returning any packages to Amazon avoid this place, actually avoid this place in general complete scam artists.

  Their shipping services are great if you are returning to Amazon. However, I do find this store penny pinches customers. I asked to have something faxed and while prices were not told to me or displayed, I assumed a fax would be a few dollars especially to a 800 number. I understand it’s a service but it is a phone call that was toll-free. After my fax was completed, I was told the fax was $16.00 ! I had to pay for each piece of paper sent. Their employees should inform the customer prior. I can understand if you printed my copies and then faxed them for me. I can understand paying more if I was an international call. There should be set prices displayed and communicated beforehand and based fax rate by type of call . I shouldn’t have to pay for each of my own paper for a one call toll-free fax. Very poor money grab on their part
