I need a refund and to fill out a form for it, and they refused to help me at all. They always say they don't know or that it can't be done. When I call and speak to a USPS agent, they send me to the address where I sent the mail. When I get there, no one is available to help. They only receive packages, and they deny you anything else you need... horrible!! I've been fighting for a package for 3 months, and in the end, I'll lose my package and the international shipping money because they won't help...

Not sure about these negative reviews especially as someone wrote so badly about "new black girl" , that lady is a nicest lady ever, she even learned my name. When I come in I do not even have to say the # of my po box they already know. All of them are nice, and being nice to others goes a long way. If we try to understand that an individual who works there is a person too, and if we treat them the way we want to be treated we will all have a nicer experience.
