I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with other agencies who would send me jobs that didn’t fit my experience or didn’t come close to offering my desired salary. However, I got the first job PrideStaff had for me and am still happily working there today. Michelle, who I worked with directly, was especially helpful. She was extremely thorough and very responsive to my many, many questions. Don’t let other poor experiences with staffing agencies discourage you from using PrideStaff!

We told them we needed to replace someone during the first 90 days and they said they would assist with a replacement and then completely blew us off. We ended up spending $7500 without any care from management to honor their word. Very disappointing and untrustworthy company to work with. I recommend seeking another recruiter as they don't stand behind their promises.
