Horrible customer service. I miss our old Melrose carrier. She was always friendly and delivered packages where they were supposed to go.

Front lady was always very rude to me even though I was pregnant with twins, seemed upset that I was having to pickup a ton of packages from family for my unborn babies, I had just moved there. She said I had to pay for a PO Box if I wanted to keep picking up my mail. I only gave 5 stars in the beginning because I thought she would be nicer to me but she just was more and more rude as time went on. This post office also doesn’t have a lobby that is 24/7 so you can’t even check your PO Box after hours, so what’s the point of it then? This is why I moved back to Florida and why so many move to Florida.

As I was leaving I decided to check my PO Box that I only recently opened and overheard her mocking me to another worker. If you’re going to trash talk your customers, you should probably make sure they’re not in earshot and if you’re attitude is that terrible maybe customer service isn’t for you.
