- ELErika L6 days ago1.0WORST place to go! Packages go missing constantly and they’re disrespectful. Everyone has an attitude when my packages go missing I have to go back and forth with the workers and even with the manager. I’ve never experienced this at any location. DONT GO HERE. IDK how this place is even still open.

Within minutes from closing, Jake was super friendly and helpful and did not appear rushed or agitated. He greeted everyone with a nice smile and even made some lighthearted jokes. Thank you Jake for brightening my day as I’m sure the same went for the other customers you had ahead of me.

- SHsteve hooseJun 27, 20231.0If you are shipping packages do not use this post office. Every package I ship out of the Medford location sits at the post office for at least 2 business days before there is any movement on the package. I have never experienced this at any post office.
