I also feel the Postal workers are stretched sometimes in meeting the needs of deliveries during certain times of the year. This is definitely not under their control. Please give them your support rather than criticisms. Thank you, to all Postal workers for trying hard to meet the challenges in present society.
- UUunika71Aug 16, 20191.0It doesn’t matter if you do a “hold mail” online or in person they always find a way to mess up your delivery and return packages to sender. I requested a re delivery for tomorrow on the USPS website last Saturday, because there was a one hour hold on the phone system they leave to call on the “sorry we missed you” slip. Today I received a copy of the slip that indicated that they will not re deliver and that today was my final notice for me to pick up my mail at the post office. This post office is the only place that ignores their own internet system rules. Only gave one star but they should get zero stars. The woman that delivers the mail to my house is rude and mean, her voice sounds like a miserable person who is so rotten that is dying from the inside out. Hopefully she retires soon... she should anyways. Horrible manners and horrible customer service.

Clifton Park sorted it out within a matter of minutes. Mail delivery is inconsistent at best, use any excuse not to deliver it.
