My jaw dropped at the tone and belittling towards me when I simply said I was there to pick up a package that was unable to deliver. She said it was returned to sender but why would they send it back less than 24hrs from first delivery attempt? Also, tracking still says available for pickup at the location so is she just that careless to look for it and give me it? Please fire her this is the second time I’ve gotten attitude from her within the last week!!
