One of the worst locations in the United States.I was refused a standard 30 day mail hold,I told that they will not sign for my life-saving medication,I was informed and bullied that they will not receive packages from UPS or any other delivery service they do not want to work with.My packages are tampered with or I’m told they do not have my mail.My packages are not being logged and I’m being told they never received my mail.Previously I was harassed and had an employee sigh in my face and walk away for 10 minutes at a time…EVERY SINGLE TIME I showed up to ship packages. We are the consumer. We require this service without issue.Good morning and thank you is sufficient,we are sick of your collective bad attitudes. You are in a public service position,if you are unhappy…QUIT we don’t want you around.Peoples lives, jobs, medications, and food is at risk with this location.Eyes on.

The man in there acts like he absolutely hates his job and we are huge inconveniences. Was very unhelpful to me and another customer, he just seemed so miserable. Thankfully the female employee saw I didn’t know what I was doing and actually helped me. I don’t understand how people like that man have jobs. Especially a government job.

Lived all over. Mail delivery is the worst here. Sometimes wont come until 6pm or just won't come at all.

I have been using a mail forwarding service and General Delivery via the USPS since 2002; yes, I travel a lot. Yes, I know how General Delivery works and yes, I ask all the right questions before giving my Forwarding Service their instructions. This PO had an incorrect address posted on Google. This PO delivered my mail, clearly marked as "General Delivery" to that incorrect address. The Clerk in this PO then advised that I was in the wrong because "this PO did not offer General Delivery Services". Wrong, I had spoken to this PO to confirm this service and there was a notice posted behind this Clerk explaining how this service worked! Once I showed this Clerk the Google address I was advised "this (wrong delivery due to the Google error) happens all the time". I have since received a confirmation from Google edit that the address is now correct. I have physically visited the incorrect address and collected not only my mail, but someone else's mail, (forwarded and delivered incorrectly). The poor guy (at the wrong address) just wanted it off of his hands as "it happens all the time". Am I being mean by stating that neither the Clerk nor the Carrier give a damn about their customers? I will return to the PO tomorrow to return the mail not addressed to me. Maybe they'll hire me. God knows that they need new employees.
