- OIO IJul 22, 20251.0One of the worst locations in the United States.I was refused a standard 30 day mail hold,I told that they will not sign for my life-saving medication,I was informed and bullied that they will not receive packages from UPS or any other delivery service they do not want to work with.My packages are tampered with or I’m told they do not have my mail.My packages are not being logged and I’m being told they never received my mail.Previously I was harassed and had an employee sigh in my face and walk away for 10 minutes at a time…EVERY SINGLE TIME I showed up to ship packages.We are the consumer.We require this service without issue.Good morning and thank you is sufficient,we are sick of your collective bad attitudes.You are in a public service position,if you are unhappy…QUIT we don’t want you around.Peoples lives,jobs,medications,and food is at risk with this location.Eyes on.
