She calmed my nerves about my passport renewal and helped me in every way I needed. She’s a true girl’s girl, and she even made sure my passport photo came out perfect. The whole process was seamless, and I’m so grateful for her. She’s an absolute angel!

I need 3 appointments instead they booked only one, when we came they told that birth certificate is needed for the passports renewal for the children underage, like they could not say that before, so whole appointment was cancelled! Second time we came a little late they cancelled our appointment! I asked, why they couldn’t say from the beginning at the first time, that kids need to have birth certificate for passports renewal, the woman from the next cabin answered “everything is on the paper!” For both working parents it is hard enough to pick the kids from the school and find the time from work to make on time to the post office for the passport renewal, which is open 9pm-3pm in NY state! Instead it is a huge rudeness. Maybe they should extend their working hours, so they will not be so relaxed at the cashier!
