And I had my valid ID and I explained the situation. That my sister had left the Receipt with the tracking number at her beach house which is not near where she lives normally… They refuse to give me my package. They made me feel like I was a criminal. And I did not like it. Also when I eventually (days later) got my envelope it looked like somebody stomped on it twisted it ran over it with the truck or wiped their you know what with it and they still charged me $10 because my sister had sent it directly to their store… FedEx does not do that. So I had to on top of feeling insulted pay $10. I finally got it because my sister's friend went to look for the receipt in her house and found it. Never going back there again. I will use FedEx from now on!!!! OK
