I called the FedEx on Sunrise, and the person who answered was so helpful. They gave me an email to send everything over and told me they'd take care of it. When I got there, everything was printed and ready to go! Super friendly service, really fast, and honestly just a huge relief in a stressful moment. Every time I come to this location, the staff is always helpful and kind. They really go above and beyond. Highly recommend this FedEx—great service every time!

Although I was the only customer in the store, she repeatedly asked me to wait outside without providing any clear explanation. Her behavior was confusing and erratic, to the point where I began to question whether she was in the right state of mind to be dealing with customers. I felt this behavior was unreasonable and made me uncomfortable. I hope this matter can be looked into. I also hope that FedEx can hire more professional and respectful staff, and ensure they receive adequate training to interact properly with customers.
