Not only was their communication curt and disrespectful, but they also showed a complete lack of interest in providing any form of assistance. It was evident that the staff viewed customer inquiries as an inconvenience, prioritizing their personal conversations over professional duties. I felt pressured to conclude my transaction hastily simply so the employees could return to their private discussions. As a frequent user of courier services, I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, both of which were entirely absent during this encounter. Such behavior is not only a poor reflection of your corporate values but also detrimental to the brand’s reputation. I trust that you will investigate this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that such a standard of service is not repeated. I look forward to your response regarding how this issue will be addressed.

- SBSean BlairMar 26, 20261.0This is the most ridiculous SHIP CENTER ever!! Office is on the second floor and no way to get heavy packages (over 130lbs) up there without carrying them up the stairs. They won’t let you use the elevator to get them up there. What a joke!!
- EWElliott WilliamsMar 17, 20262.0My wife and I sent a package to Washington DC. The package was to be returned to us in Brooklyn ny but instead was sent to thier undeliverable site in Mississippi. That was last month in February. And yet still it remains in Mississippi. The tracking number # 889121202598 the items are worth over 100 dollars and we were force to open a FedEx account and have to pay to have it delivered back to us whenever that may be. I don't like to start at 1 star because you cannot go down from there.
