    Awful customer service! A low-value package was being held at the Queens ship center because I wasn’t home to sign for it. There was no option to “waive” the signature requirement. I then spent $40 on an Uber to pick it up, but the representative refused to give it to me because my ID had my old address on it. The representative was not willing to match my name on my ID to the order combined with digital proof of address on my phone.

    This has been one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I’ve ever had. I paid for overnight shipping, yet while your system claims an “attempt” was made, no one actually showed up. No doorbell was rung, and even the concierge — who was specifically waiting for the package — confirmed that no delivery occurred. Because of this failure, I now have to change my flight simply to remain here for a package that is supposedly arriving Monday. Today is Saturday, and with a major storm forecast for Sunday and Monday, there is no certainty it will even arrive then. I have called customer service 14 separate times through the day today, receiving conflicting information each time. I was told it would arrive by 6pm, then 8pm, only for the final representative to inform me the station had already closed at 5pm and nothing could be done. The lack of clarity, consistency, and accountability is extremely disappointing. I stayed at home all day waiting for the package to be delivered as that’s what I was told on the phone. Quite frankly, this experience has been embarrassing. I will NEVER use FedEx again.

    I’m very surprised that this FedEx office is located on the second floor and that the elevator is not available for customer use. For a shipping service where it’s completely normal for people to bring large or heavy boxes this makes no sense and unnecessarily complicates the experience. If you’re planning to ship something bulky or heavy, I recommend going to a different location. The lack of accessibility makes the process inconvenient and impractical.

    I got a call from fedex asking about my apartment number which is we dont have it but the fact is the other shipping company can complete their work without calling. Maybe the driver on Feb 5th was new? they have a problem with taking an order? cause i told the agent who called earlier to call me when they arrive at the door and ring the doorbell cause my sister and my landlord are home but in a sudden my landlord refuses to sign up for my package which is i use a different(but it wasnt the first time i put a different name and i used to tell them if there are some packages under Abigail name it was me) however the package was sent back to the store and i got another said the package will be at the pick up location where i can pick up with an id matching with the name on the package. and sadly this morning my package returned to shipper with any reattempt which is supposed to give me a chance to get my package even my chinese landlord who doesnt understand an assignment and refuses to keep it for me. They are supposed to let me reschedule or reattempt delivery for 2-3 times before sending back to shipper. can u imagine how frustrating i was. My package was already delayed during the weather condition and now. if you really understand how i feel which is mean i might not able to get the thing that i ordered again. The shipper might not help anything just give me a refund(which is i dont need a refund i need what i ordered) and everything would take longer than expected and they would definitely use fedex and ill receive the same experience that i have received more than once

    DUNCES! 4 Days, each day I called Custimer Serv Rep to have an address corrected. Each Rep tells "Don't worry we will take care of this." Yet here I am still on the phone for the 13th time with another Rep because their driver cannot read an address and or take instructions and deliver 8 pkgs from one side of the street to the other. Literally across the street. 1st Attempt the incorrect recipient told the driver wrong address. I call Fedex Cust Service & get Ms Giggles on the phone who tells "hee hee the address was already corrected. Next day I call again to confirm because I'm not seeing the correct address in the portal. All good she tells me. 2nd Attempt to delivery attempt, he managed to have the wrong recipient accept 1 pkg at the wrong address. I call Customer Service AGAIN! Go thru the shpeel again. "Let me call the Supervisor in Maspeth. All good he will take care of correcting the address." I call the next morning to confirm they have the correct address. Nope says the Rep but let me correct that. 3rd Attempt, recipient tells the driver there is no one by that name in this building. AGAIN I call Customer Service, another promise. Another phone call to Maspeth. 4th Attempt he gets 6 out of the 8 pkgs delivered to the right address. One Is brought back to their Maspeth location with note wrong address. Another call to a Rep with a useless promise it will be delivered tomorrow. I will believe it when my people see it with their own eyes. Customer Service lie thru their teeth. Employees out of Fedex in Maspeth, lie & dense. FedEx promises are WORTH NOTHING!!!!
