But Fedex failed to deliver saying there was no bell code. So I went to this pickup location which is in the middle of nowhere in Maspeth. When I was there, two people at the counter kept chatting with each other, completely ignoring my presence when I mentioned I have come to pick up my package. Very bad experience overall!!

I believe, based on other complaints similar to mine that their is heavy fraud, theft activity happing at this specific location. I had a package that was still pending delivery for over two weeks. I contacted 800 and ultimately was able to reach the local branch who confirmed a lie told to me by another rep. I still haven't received a package and was told to file a claim.
