- JHJeffrey “Jeff” HerbertFeb 20, 20261.0Extremely rude postmaster, asked simple question of cost difference between two envelopes, and she became rude and upset, that she needed a calculator for extra work. Then refused to let me have my simple envelope back, with simple letter to next town over, finally after asking three times, the POSTMASTER handed it back. I simply wanted to put the letter in the outside box, BECAUSE I believed she might have " lost it" by accident. Been in this community for 60 yrs, just had surgery to my forehead day before, explained that, she just grunted. Horrible attitude. They wonder why, no one uses postal service anymore. 🙄
- RDRhonda DohmannSep 19, 20231.0Its a shame that Crystal and Dawn no longer seem to be manning the window for the past year or so. The newer staff are not very friendly, helpful or nice at all. They seem disgruntled with a chip on their shoulders when ever you ask them anything at the service counter, especially the woman with the long braids. I dread seeing her at the window, should I need any special assistance or have any questions. Cold as ice!

I wish Crystal was still working and dawn . They are both great . These new workers do not care. I can’t always put a PO Box number when the store itself is asking for a physical address.
