    This post office consistently misses scheduled package pickups. I called the postmaster twice to ask why my pickup requests were never being completed, and I was told it was because I had been using a third-party service (Pirate Ship) and their system supposedly was not registering the requests. They told me to schedule directly through the USPS website, which I then did. Even after using the USPS website, I scheduled package pickups three times this week, and none of them were completed. I have personally watched the mail carrier drive right past my house on days when I had active pickup requests. My packages were placed exactly where I described in the request, yet the next day the tracking would just say they “could not find the packages.” On one of the only times they actually showed up, I was already outside and helped load the packages into the truck. I politely said, “Have a nice day,” and the worker just scoffed at me and said nothing. It was unnecessarily disrespectful. I have never had this kind of issue before with USPS package pickups. The DeWitt post office was always reliable and friendly. If I forgot to schedule a pickup, they would even ring the doorbell and ask if I had anything going out. This has been a completely different experience. This is the first 1-star review I have ever written.

    They are the rudest employees to do business with. They act as if you are bothering them. Listen if you hate your job that much look for something else. You arent the only business in town that ships. This excludes the taller younger blond who's always welcoming. Postmaster. I highly encourage you to have your staff watch a refresher on customer service.
