- WWWendi WilliamsMar 19, 20255.0Had a Priority package sent from Florida on Saturday and was supposed to be here on Monday by 6pm! Never received ! Showed in West Palm beach for 3 days. No updates. So went Into Manlius location for possible help and they were so nice and helpful! Although they saw same thing I did online. They assured me they would try to figure out what was going on! Well they did and about 10:45 this morning a ring at the door and a very nice gentleman had my package in hand! Wish I had his name but looked like he went above and beyond to make sure I received it! A huge thank you!!!!

They marked a package as delivered which was brought back to the post office. From now on I will not order anything that is to be delivered via USPS.
