  This UPS store is such a pleasant experience. The staff are knowledgable, helpful, friendly and just nice people. They have helped with me with several oddly-sized landscape design projects and the quality has been excellent. Convenient and fabulous.

  This location does not have an Amazon self service kiosk. I approached the counter to return some simple Amazon purchases using QR codes. *** in the middle of the transaction***, the woman notices another customer approaching the counter with non-Amazon packages and leaves me standing there in the middle of the transaction to help that customer. I was stunned. She knew she had done wrong, because she looked back at me and said "sorry, just a minute". It wasn't a minute AND I realize that direct packages earn more revenue for the UPS store than Amazon returns - but that's not the way to treat any customer. By the time she came back to finish my return, she couldn't tell where she had left off in the computer. Wrong, just wrong. At the other UPS stores in the area, the staff just asks those waiting, to please wait and they will get to them in a moment. That's called customer service.

  I cannot express my gratitude enough for the amazing team at this store. This is simply the *best* team, going way above and beyond in customer service. I walked in 5 minutes before the store was supposed to close on a Wednesday evening, with an urgent/time sensitive delivery item (tradeshow booth). I thought it was going to be a simple delivery - but it wasn’t. Because the size of the items and the warehouse they were being shipped to, they couldn’t guarantee a delivery by the end of day Friday - even if it was sent overnight. The truck had already left for the night - so while the expected delivery was Friday, the system couldn’t guarantee it 1) Because there was no time cushion, and 2) It was being delivered to a warehouse instead of a residential address. They *sprung* into action. They called their driver, asked if he could make a special trip back to the store, and told me that even if he couldn’t, they would personally drive it to their hub that night. On top of that, the hard cases for the booths weren’t going to work (they were poorly designed), so they had to stuff the three soft shell cases into boxes - all within 15 minutes so the driver would do the pickup. In the end, we made it - the driver came back, the boxes were picked up, and my heart attack subsided. Thank you so much to the best UPS store around.
