- SRSharon ReillyNov 22, 20255.0Went on Nov 22 at 11:56 am on Saturday thinking office was open till 12:30 pm. A very pleasant woman took care of myself & 2 other folks behind me all with a smile. Another facility would've locked the door at precisely 12 noon. On a day when everything was going wrong the woman was such a gift. Hope she has wonderful holidays!!

- UTU TDec 8, 20221.0In what other business can you get away with not opening on time? If you advertise you open at 8 am (which is great for some of us who start work at 8:30/9:00) then open at 8:00. Not 8:10, 8:15 or even the postmaster himself opened the doors at 8:35!! This is not an isolated issue ALL. THE. TIME. The only exception to the rule is when the young man is opening - he is always pleasant on and on time. The blond woman or the postmaster horrible. They blame it on the truck being late or some excuse if they give one. I bet their lunch hours don't get skipped or are late starting... horrible.

I was told I had to buy a $4 roll of tape from them to tape a small envelope closed, (one small strip of tape needed for the envelope), or I could "go home and tape it", or "go over to Rite Aid to buy tape." Greedy and Rude. Never again will I go there.
