Although some documents were printed incorrectly she was patient and understanding and helped us make new copies. After having a terrible experience with an unprofessional woman at the shrub oak post office we thank you Linda for making our experience a positive one.
- KMKalea MartínFeb 26, 20241.0We get other people’s mail every single week, I very rarely receive my magazine subscription which is supposed to come every month, and sometimes the mailman even returns the package to the sender due to my address “not existing” (it definitely exists, and it’s definitely not hard to locate either). The staff always seems inconvenienced to talk to you no matter how polite you are. I am writing this review after being made to feel stupid during my latest visit. Anyway I’m glad I will be moving to a different zipcode
- AOAngelo OcchiconeSep 7, 20231.0do not trust anyone at this post office, get everything in writing. don't pay for insurance, because it wont help outside the usa. lost my package going to Italy, was told once package is on plain its not our problem after that. I was told package would get to the destination if I paid for insurance, so I did. Now I am out $400.00 plus $200.00 for insurance. I guess its my fault trusting usps, whos only job it to get a package from one place to another.
