  If I could give them -5 I would ! This is an embarrassment for FedEx ! I came to drop off a car seat from the manufacturer and the box had a crack in it.. not a hole a crack that I seals with tape.. the FedEx employee name Warren told me it FedEx policy that he can’t take it and he needs to repack it for larger / new box for additional fee. I told him it’s not true because I worked with FedEx long time and I know they policy He told me to get out .. I was respectful and left but I told him he would hear from me !! I went to the JFK location and they toke it with NO ISSUES ! ( I have a picture below ) same package as it came with NO REPACKAGING. Worst experience with FedEx , Warren should be ashamed!

  Why does fed ex open at noon on Sundays? Especially during holiday season? Got there ar 1150am few ppl with me outside. Rep opened door didn't even acknowledge customers. Was trying to use copy machine next thing I knew ppl surrounding me waiting on line to check out. Not a good expiereince today. Usually in and out no issues.
