- NKNazli KhuranaMar 13, 20263.0Nothing new, the norm of New York. I needed the person in the front to scan a parcel for me and the entire time she was on her phone. Didn’t even look at me or encourage conversation. Pure carelessness. But at least she got the job done.

- CLChristina LiewDec 10, 20251.0Poor customer service. I went there in the AM and a senior woman was very unpleasant. She looked miserable. Didn’t even look up until I had to stand directly in front of the window. I had items to be shipped - a box and an envelope. She ended up dropping the envelope on the ground & didn’t bother to pick it up. Instead she used her cane to try and grab it. Once she saw it was an envelope, she threw it in a bin with force. She then scanned my box and then threw the box in the bin. When confronted, her excuse was “we’re supposed to do that.” There’s a difference between tossing and throwing. I get that people are miserable and probably hate their job but there is no need for poor customer service.
